A gift card is a prepaid payment card issued to the bearer. Gift card M1 Radom It functions as a standard payment card with a specific funds limit, blocked to the tenants of the commercial facility.

You can purchase the card in-store at the Cardomat in our facility or by placing an online order on this website.

The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
The card expiration date does not change after a purchase or refund transaction.

If a gift card transaction cannot be completed, please ensure that:

– the transaction is made at a retail and service point in the area M1 Radom,

– there is sufficient amount on the card,

– the gift card, and in particular the magnetic strip on the back of the card, is not damaged,

– the transaction is not made at a self-service checkout,

– the card is active and has not expired,

– in the case of combined transactions, when the transaction is paid partly with a gift card and partly with another form of payment, the store staff carries out the transaction correctly.

  • Ordering cards for an amount exceeding PLN 1000 or more than 10 pieces – only after registering via the "Log in" button in the upper right corner – collection at the center.
  • Ordering cards for an amount exceeding PLN 1000 or more than 10 pieces – only after registering via the "Log in" button in the upper right corner and making the first payment by traditional transfer in order to verify the user (the details of the purchasing company must be identical to the details of the owner of the bank account from which the transfer originates – shipping to the specified address.
    Additional order processing fees apply for orders of more than 5 cards.

    • No invoice will be issued for the purchase of gift cards. The accounting document confirming the purchase of the cards is an accounting note.

    If an accounting note is incorrectly issued, please report the irregularity to [email protected] . The accounting note will be corrected within a maximum of five business days of receipt.

    Additional costs associated with the order include:

    • delivery costs when the order is shipped,
    • the service fee is PLN 2 for each additional gift card, above 5 pieces in an order with the option of delivery to the specified address,
    • online payment commission is charged when the Customer selects the quick transfer or Blik payment method when placing the order.
